1. Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of services provided by [Learn2drive academy Llc,  in San Jose, California. By enrolling in our driving courses, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
– Driver education courses ( online)
– Behind-the-wheel driving lessons
– Specialized training (e.g., defensive driving, refresher courses)

3. Enrollment and Fees
– Students must complete an enrollment form before starting any course.
– Fees are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
– All fees are subject to change; we will notify students of any changes in advance.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Students must provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons.
– No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the lesson fee or No-show late cancellation fee of 60.00

5. Instruction Requirements
– All students must hold a valid California instruction permit (for those under 18) before participating in behind-the-wheel training.
– Students must arrive on time for their lessons; instructors reserve the right to cancel lessons if a student arrives late.

6. Student Conduct
– Students are expected to show respect and adhere to the rules set by our instructors.
– Disruptive behavior may result in the cancellation of services without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver
– Students participate in driving lessons at their own risk. [Learn2drive academy] is not liable for any injury or damage that occurs during driving lessons, except as mandated by law.

8. Privacy Policy
– Personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for the purpose of providing driving instruction and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying enrolled students.
